For car wash and detailing operators, automotive distributors, accessory retailers and private-label brands. - Microfiber towels for vehicle drying, bodywork wiping, glass and interior detailing, specified separately by task
- Dry cotton wiping cloths and dry nonwoven wipes for agreed automotive cleaning tasks
- Reusable towel packs or dry wipe packs/rolls, with quantities and pack contents itemized
Dry, untreated textile and nonwoven products only. No cleaning liquids, waxes, coatings, chemical-treated or pre-saturated wipes, aerosols, electrical equipment or used workshop rags. Brushes, mitts and sponges are outside this category.

Drying and bodywork towels
Describe the surface, towel size, pile or weave and edge finish. Keep drying towels separate from general wiping cloths and review a sample on the intended finish before approval.
Glass and interior cloths
Specify separate glass and interior tasks, weave, size and color coding. Agree checks for streaking, lint and dye transfer; the material name alone does not prove suitability.
Dry wipes for repeat replenishment
Compare reusable towels with dry cotton or nonwoven wiping requests. For folded sheets and rolls, give sheet size, sheets per pack/roll and case quantity so replenishment quotes use the same unit.
Private-label packs and mixed-specification orders
List each size, GSM, weave, color and quantity separately. Confirm pack count, buyer-owned artwork, barcode placement and measured carton information; MOQ and repeat-order timing are confirmed with the selected product.
Fitment & specification checklist
Match the product to its actual vehicle or intended use. Include the destination market, dimensions and relevant version details; review unclear requirements against a sample before ordering.
| Task and surface | Drying, bodywork, glass or interior; specify the surface finish and intended process. No vehicle model selection is required. |
|---|---|
| Size and weight | Finished dimensions, GSM, acceptable tolerances and requested quantity by specification. |
| Material and construction | Fiber composition, weave/pile, thickness, edge or edgeless construction, and labels. For dry nonwoven wipes, specify composition and sheet size. |
| Color separation | Color by task or work area, batch shade tolerance and label position. |
| Pack and order unit | Count individual towels or dry wipe sheets as pieces; state pieces per pack or roll and carton count in the requirements. A set must have an explicit component list. |
| Acceptance | Agree absorbency, lint, dye transfer, shrinkage, edge finish and wash-test methods against an approved sample. |
Material & evidence requirements
Specify fiber composition and construction rather than relying on a microfiber label or GSM alone. Absorbency, lint release, dye transfer, surface marking and durability depend on the selected product and use. No lint-free, scratch-free, antibacterial, solvent-resistance or wash-life claim is established without product-specific evidence.
Sample records, measurements and supporting documents are confirmed in your quotation.
Packaging specifications
- Approve the towel or wipe count per pack/roll and packs per carton; confirm the quantity unit before comparing quotations.
- Specify folded size, labels, barcodes, care instructions and buyer-owned branding.
- Use measured packed carton dimensions and net/gross weights for landed-cost and mixed-order planning.
OEM & private-label options
- Buyer-owned labels, pack artwork and barcodes reviewed for the chosen product
- Size, GSM, weave, color and edge requests subject to feasibility and sample approval
- Task-specific mixed packs with an agreed component list and replacement specification
Requested options require feasibility and sample approval. Vehicle-maker names identify application requests, not original or authorized products.
Risks to resolve
- Comparing per-piece prices with pack or roll prices without normalizing quantities
- Lint, dye transfer, stiff edges or trapped debris marking the intended finish
- Shrinkage, batch variation or wash care affecting repeat-order performance
Sample & pre-shipment checks
- Measure finished size, GSM, weave, edges and count against the approved specification
- Agree repeatable absorbency, lint, dye-transfer and wash/shrinkage checks with the buyer
- Review the intended surface and handling method on a sample; do not infer scratch-free performance
- Check color assortment, pack quantity, artwork, carton dimensions and lot identification
